Our Process

Hello and welcome to Halsall Lettings, we are a small family owned business owning several properties that are close to Preston city centre, the train station and UCLAN campus.

All of our homes are maintained regularly - the photos we have on our website are updated each and every year to keep up with any renovations we make.

Moving in

In order to ensure you are not in the dark about our moving process we have written a list of what usually happens:

1. Prior to moving in day, I will send you a contract which needs to be signed to certify that you will be taking the property.

2.We will agree on a date that is ideal for you to move in. We will always try to be as flexible as possible for you.

3. On moving in day I will greet you at your new home and give you a set of keys.

4. It is on moving in day that I will ask for a £150 deposit that will be returned to you if the house is not damaged at the end of your stay.

5.We will then go though all the necessary information-like bin collection days and safety regulations. I will leave you with a pack of information to ensure you know everything that's going on.

6. After this, I will leave you to get settled. I will ensure you know how to contact me for if you have any problems.
